You have the right to request:

  • access to your personal data, including obtaining a copy of your data (Article 15 of the GDPR or, if applicable, Article 13(1)(f) of the GDPR),

  • You have the right to access and modify your personal data at any time, as well as to request the Administrator to delete it immediately ("right to be forgotten").

  • You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority responsible for personal data protection, which is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

    • for reasons related to your particular situation – to the processing of personal data concerning you, based on Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR (i.e., on our legitimate interests) (Article 21(1) of the GDPR);

Below you will find detailed information on the processing of your data depending on the actions you take. 

The administrator collects and processes the following personal data of Users provided during the registration process on the website via the website and other forms of communication:

1. First and last name 

2. Email address. 

3. Phone number - optional

4. Address details. 

5. Data required to issue a sales document. In the case of an invoice, this additionally includes the company name and tax identification number.

Duration: Personal data will be stored for the duration of the contract and for a period consistent with applicable regulations, taking into account the statute of limitations for claims and tax obligations. Personal data for which you have given your consent to processing will be stored until you withdraw your consent.

If you decide to publish a comment, its content and your signature will be visible to other users of the Store. We do not disclose your email address to other users unless you do so yourself.
